Assessments & Educator Access

Every unit includes quizzes, a unit test, and answer keys. They're kept off the public site so the answer keys aren't a quick web search away — verified educators get the whole collection to use with their students.

How to get access

Request

Fill out the short request form and tell me who you are. A school or district email makes verification fast — homeschoolers, just describe your homeschool instead.

Verify

I confirm you're an educator — for school staff, usually via a public staff directory; for homeschoolers, a quick read of your note (a co-op or association helps, but isn't required). Always a human, never a bot.

Access

You'll get a Google Drive folder shared to your account with every assessment, key, and editable source file.

Common questions

What's included with educator access?
Unit quizzes, unit tests, semester finals, answer keys, and editable source files (Google Docs/Forms) for every unit of both courses — Conceptual and Mathematical Chemistry. You can adapt everything to your own standards and pacing.
Why aren't assessments just posted publicly?
Because students are excellent at using search engines. Keeping tests and keys behind a quick verification step keeps them useful for every classroom that relies on them.
Can I use the assessments and keys with my own students?
Yes — completely. Give the quizzes and tests, and share answer keys with your students so they can check their own work; that's exactly what they're for. The only ask is that you don't post them somewhere public — the open web, a public class page, a link anyone can find — which is what would put the keys a search away for every student everywhere.
I'm a homeschool parent or tutor. Can I get access?
Absolutely — homeschoolers are exactly who this is for. On the request form, pick Homeschool parent (or Independent tutor) and tell me a bit about your homeschool — no school email or staff directory needed. A short description is all I use to verify you. If you're part of a co-op, an association like HSLDA, or an umbrella/charter program, mentioning it speeds things up, but it's completely optional.
Can I share the assessments with my department?
Please have each teacher request access individually — it's fast, and it means everyone gets updates and replacement versions directly.
How long does verification take?
Usually within a few days. Remember there's one chemistry teacher on the other end of this — probably grading lab notebooks.
